True Technical Services, LLC is a SDVOSB, Veteran Owned Small Business. Our president, Wesley Kasey, founded this company on the Navy core values: Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Wes not only manages the day to day at True Tech, he is also a Chief in the Navy Reserve Forces. How do these core values translate into running a business? Simply put, we operate the old fashioned way. We tell the truth. We never stop learning, and never stop improving. We do what we say. A handshake still means a lot at True Technical Services.

Wesley joined the Navy after graduation from high school. His first command was the Engineering Department of the USS Tarawa (LHA 1). On active duty Wes became a Journeyman Electrician, attended countless tech schools and trainings, and earned 2 degrees. He was chosen to be a part of an elite engineering team to certify warships for deployment. He learned and practiced: infrared thermography, breaker testing, switchboard cleaning and maintenance, and UPS maintenance to name a few.

After nearly 10 years and multiple tours, Wes joined the Navy Reserve Force and accepted a position with a civilian PdM firm. He was a part of a team of technicians and analyst who performed: vibration analysis, oil analysis, online and offline motor testing, ultra sound analysis, infrared thermography, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Wes would eventually accept the position of Field Engineering Manager for a firm based out of Cincinnati, OH. He led the department for almost 6 years and was a part of countless projects in: infra-red thermal imaging, arc flash hazard analysis, one line schematic drawings, electrical mapping, panel schedule updates, power analysis, and more.

His numerous experiences both civilian and military sparked a powerful feeling; I can build a better company. Like all good ideas, the premise was simple-better service at a better price. True Technical Services was formed!
